​The goal of Breathe Easy is to decrease the number of teens and young adults who vape by supporting them and their mental health journey, rather than by shaming them for their addiction. 

 

We acknowledge that quitting is extremely hard and stressful to do, especially when you are young and vaping is all around you. So, with this in mind, It's necessary to provide a safe space where you can get more information about the effects of vaping on mental health, as well as resources for mental health services and therapy.

 

It’s important to make sure you are surrounding yourself with supportive people who will encourage you to stay sober and not enable you to vape.
